  • Customer Support: Responding to inquiries

  • Required: Uploaded face images (processed temporarily and deleted immediately)
  • For inquiries: Email address, inquiry content
  • Automatically collected: IP address, browser information, access time

3. Retention Period

  • Face images: Deleted immediately after analysis (not stored on server)
  • Inquiry content: Retained for 3 years after resolution
  • Access logs: Retained for 3 months

4. Third-Party Disclosure

We do not share your personal information with third parties without your prior consent.
